Robert Evans
General Manager

Robert came to MealTracker in 2005 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to General Manager in 2007. Prior to working at MealTracker, Robert was President and CEO of Evans Marketing Group, a firm specializing in sports marketing and athlete representation. Prior to that, he coached two Olympic Ski Teams in the Albertville and Lillehammer Olympics. He was a member of the US Ski Team from 1988-1992 and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Utah. In his spare time, Robert enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, and traveling with his family.
Darcy Beckstrom
President

Darcy has been with MealTracker for over 25 years. After earning a Computer Science degree from Alfred State College he worked briefly as a programmer for Eastman Kodak and LPA Software. He developed the original MealTracker Dietary software which was the first automated tray ticket software on the market in 1985. He continues to be part of the software development team today. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters camping and horseback riding.
Cole Racho
Business Development

Cole has 15+ years sales and marketing experience in the consumer products industry. He has held senior positions at Fisher-Price, Rubbermaid and Mattel. His experience includes national account management, team leadership and customer-driven solutions. Cole has a bachelor's degree in business from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from Canisius College. In his spare time Cole is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Alfred University in western NY, enjoys his family, the outdoors and exercise.
Ryan Howe
Senior Software Engineer

Ryan is one of our developers. Ryan has a background in Computer Science and Computer Information Systems. He has developed software with MealTracker Software for over 5 years including both desktop and mobile devices. When not working Ryan enjoys hunting, outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Kelly Hall
Data Entry Manager, Technical Support

Kelly joined MealTracker in 2007 as a dedicated Tech Support Specialist. Kelly is also in charge of data management; including nutrient matching analysis, cost matching analysis and menu input management. Kelly also has 5 years of Technical/Software Support and 16 years of extensive experience and training in superior customer support. Kelly has a Bachelors of Technology in Application Software Development, Associates in Applied Science in CIS and Associates in Applied Science in Human Services. When she is not working, her pride and joy are her two beautiful children and supportive husband. She also enjoys knitting, reading, hockey and computer programming.
Tom Corujo
Corporate Trainer and Technical Support

Tom is our documentation specialist and trainer. He also provides technical support. Tom has over 25 years experience with computer technology, technical writing and support services. Tom is originally from Brooklyn where he attended St. Francis College before joining the US Army as a Military Policeman and serving overseas. He has been employed in IT with several major corporations in New York City and Florida. Tom is fluent in Spanish and most recently taught Spanish to managers for a corporation in Long Island. In his spare time he enjoys genealogy, gardening, and when time permits, traveling.
Jerry Lathers
Webmaster and Technical Support

Jerry is one of our Technical Support Specialists. He joined MealTracker in 2009. Being an A+ Certified IT Technician, and with a background in both Information Technology and Food Service, he is well equipped to meet your support needs. Jerry also maintains and updates our website. In his spare time, Jerry can be found on the golf course, enjoying the hobby of photography, or repairing computers.
Bryson Briggs
Programmer and Technical Support

Bryson is one of our software developers. He is also involved in Technical Support. Bryson joined the MealTracker team in 2010. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, and enjoying life and everything it brings.
Jennifer Carroll
Billing and Office Manager

Jennifer is our Office Manager, who joined our MealTracker team in 2010. She has her Associates Degree in Human Services, a background in Accounting and Business, and is a Certified Mediator. When not at work she loves being outdoors, boating, and spending time with friends and family.
